Jobwriters.com is an internet-based operating division of Eiladrum Limited, a company founded by myself, Gary Keenan, and originally registered in Dublin, Republic of Ireland.

My background combines a long spell in the organizational side of business, latterly as Head of Function (or Vice President) Human Resources in a large company within a major multinational consumer products group, before taking the unusual step of entering the advertising industry with a global advertising network. Based in Saudi Arabia, I became Regional Account Director for the business of a major global client.

While I now consult, train and write, I’ve also run my own restaurant business (now that’s hard work!), during which time I began to recognize and appreciate the courageous men and women who establish and manage small and medium-sized enterprises – and how the world is actually a ‘small business’ economy.

This career background mix proved a highly enriching, even life-changing, experience at the personal and professional levels. It inspired my overriding interest in the regulation of relationships within working organizations. I believe in keeping it simple, and getting it right.
